      Pros

      It was my best job experience. The environment was super friendly and the management too.

      Cons

      Very hard work at the beginning of each month. But as accountant, we already know that is part of the job.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, management that is focused on team development and they listen to what you have to say no matter what position you hold. They understand the “little guy” is the front line and face of the company and structure pay in a way that refeclts that message. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Long hours, some weeks where 70-80 hours. They do average about 50, overtime is paid so that’s a bonus
