      Pros

      great work life balance, people are great, will move you around to give you experience.

      Cons

      Can expect a 2% increase in salary yearly, with very little deviation from that. Will also pay you ~20% less than market price if you come up from within the company.

      Pros

      Strong market share and global presence. Very good innovation pipeline to build a strong future. Flexible on where you live

      Cons

      Salaries and commissions are based on how long you have worked for the company not based on your performance. Very high political/ bureaucratic environment . Unless you have a VP or higher title can't expect to get answers or get things done.

      Pros

      You get to work from your Home office, the benefit plan is okay. But you do get to work with SOME amazing people.

      Cons

      1.Lack of support and unrealistic expectation on add-on sales. 2. Good ol'boy environment. Not everyone belongs. 3. Management always come up with plans with little input from team. 4. Field specialist are required to work without any compensation for overtime.
