      Pros

      Safety is a priority for Ecolab. It was before, during and after COVID. It is what I liked most about this company.

      Cons

      While the company talks a lot about diversity, and being a place for people with diversity to come and work, don't believe it. When I applied for accommodations through HR I was retaliated against by upper management and had to file a complaint. The company itself also pushed back on the request from my doctor. Additionally, not everyone or positions are required to be on site equally. My coworker, who was hired on knowing they had to come in 3-5 days a week, and my direct supervisors, all worked remote, but I could not, even with a doctors note.
