Pros

High career ceiling if you are relocatble as there are multiple divisions with varying levels of leadership roles in each division,so if you are seeking a company y who rewards and promotes their top performers,it is worth a look. Benefits are what you would expect from a company of its size and a recent focus on finding ways to improve work/life balance "should" improve the job and their employee engagement scores

Cons

They have not developed a way to tackle the work life balance piece for their associates and with the volatile business we operate in, there is always pressure beyond your pay scale that dictates your life more than you dictate on your own. In other words, you work long hours, often out of town, and you are on call 24/7 so escaping from your work is very difficult and the company can become your life rather than a part of it. You must be a strong individual with an iron will and a good chin to survive. If you are Looking for a laid back, slow paced, 9-5 job...keep looking. If you are highly motivated with limited family ties, it could be a great fit,

Pros

Company Vehicle with paid gas. Corporate expense card. Full benefits 401K medical dental and vision. That's about it.

Cons

Where do I begin. Terrible work life balance. Bad morale and micromanagement. The company is more interested in sales than taking care of customers. Being on call for customers 24 hours a day. Customers have extremely high expectations and do not take responsibility for themselves or their actions. Customers feel like it's okay to treat you like trash because of the promises made the company. A lot of workplace politics, a person that is skilled will never get promoted no matter how good their numbers are as long as they don't run in the correct circles. Claims to be a very family oriented company but it's farthest from the truth.

Pros

If you have no where else to work around the Sugarland plant.

Cons

Production is a joke all people worry about is getting one on the shift coming in, Supervisors are a joke wouldn't be able to lead a train down a track , insurance is a joke the company doesn't care about the employee , new plant manager every 2 years every time bringing in a new stupid idea that makes its harder for you to do your job, So if you are dead inside and can put up with major bull*&%$ then this company is who you want to work for , If you can think for yourself a driven employee , motivated then find a company that will apricate you .
