Good benefits, pension etc. Minimal weekend

Cons

Large corporation where employees in the field are just a number and all are replaceable. Management is taking it in the wrong direction in my opinion.

Pros

Sound vision for the future, executive leadership will do anything it takes to meet their targets. I would not like to compete against Ecolab in large corporate bids as the company has ample resources to structure an attractive offer to its customers.

Cons

This company simply doesnt seem to care about its people. Every year they tighten the screws on expenses, find further ways to cut costs and decrease benefits and perks. We are in the middle of a historic Bull Market and Ecolab continues with its austerity efforts. Field sales/service teams are understaffed and overworked, the pressure to meet sometimes insurmountable targets is never loosened. Many aspiring and talented team members suffer burn out after 75 hour weeks trying to keep the wheels on the bus, just to hear that they have to do more with less by management.
