      Pros

      Freedom to perform the job tasks; Interact openly/regularly with accounting, engineering, union, lab/quality assurance, maintenance, planning, production, safety & environmental, and the warehouse/logistics; field employees will eventually get rewarded; diversity is encouraged.

      Cons

      unclear job descriptions; job and department goals too high given their own budget, equipment, ergonomic & procurement constraints; reducing the number of full-time employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Promotion opportunities are abundant. Very strong culture. Company vehicle, fuel card in most positions, paid insurance. The company believes in lots of food at meetings. Innovative and invests in new technology.

      Cons

      Orders are directed from top, down to the field with ideas implemented in a office, they don't always make sense in the field. In some positions the workload is very heavy.
