      Pros

      Flexibilty in the daily work schedule is great. Ability to make your own schedule. Opportunity to form some great relationships.

      Cons

      Company has turned into a complete marketing scheme. It is not about helping or doing what is right for the customer, it is about making more money, even if it is unethical and morally wrong.

      Pros

      Flexible hours sometimes. Opportunity for advancement. Good health benefits, 401k and pension. The company is strong, and you can work your way up from the bottom.

      Cons

      Although the hours can be flexible at times, other times you can find yourself working 16 hour days. Sometimes you may work a full day and have to go back to work in the middle of eating dinner. Management at the local level does not have a say in anything and they do not communicate upwards. They only take orders from the corporate office and pass them down. The compensation is plan is very unfair. Everytime you get ahead a little bit, Ecolab manipulates your compensation. No one will ever listen to your complaints about money, no matter how hard you work!!
