      Culture and inclusion work is making a huge difference. Diversity, work life balance, etc. Are changing within many areas of the organization.

      Cons

      There are many employees who have been in management positions for a very long time. They may have the experience in the job, but, may lack external insight.

      Pros

      Ecolab has a very unique offering of providing multiple solutions from several divisions for their clients which allows the clients to reduce the number of suppliers and form stronger partnership relationships.

      Cons

      Ecolab is a very large, conservative company which reduces the ability to be nimble in the marketplace. If management is able to embrace empowerment techniques, this limitation will be reduced.
