      Pros

      Been in my industry for 35 years and I should have worked for this company long ago. Treat employees with respect. Great training. Solid support to all day to day activities. Great communcation to employees. Leaders in technology.

      Nothing really. Like I said, should have done this years ago.

      Pros

      I worked for more than 25 years at Nalco, which is now a business unit of Ecolab. Nalco's employees are truly its greatest asset. It was a pleasure to work with those employees over my career there.

      Cons

      Over the years I worked at Nalco, I saw a gradual erosion in the level of employee benefits. Of course, the same could probably be said for nearly all companies.
