      products and services known to customers. customers can dictate to company who they like and who they do not like.

      Cons

      expect you to work long hours and lots of driving. Provide little in terms of covering expenses when traveling--cheap hotels and fast food to eat

      Great people willing to help each other out, solid benefits, opportunity to work in multiple job positions. Opportunities for global exposure and work experience. Growing company with strong financials and promising future.

      Cons

      Managing up culture that has gaps in providing an environment where people can do their best work. Hierarchal structure with too much managing up and not enough team development and collaboration.
