      Pros

      To check your abilities, knowledge, skills to work in the team in a real business world, on a real market. Improve yourself in a hart competition environment.

      Cons

      Work - life balance. Call at all times. If you have a family, you have a bed luck. Your family must learn to deal with you constantly changing your plans, leaving earlier than expected, or just not coming home. What was a very great job 20 years ago, it has become like too many other large corporate companies.

      Nalco is a division of a much larger company, there is only one senior leadership position in all of Nalco and this slows down decision making
