Good company, but perhaps fresh talent is needed at upper management

Good compensation, excellent global presence, most employees below a manager-level are quite competent and hard-working.

Cons

Most jobs are held by men in upper management (director and higher) and these indivudals tend to stay at the company a long time (which is good, in a way) but this means upper progression by others (women or men) is limited.

Great People!!!! Always something new and different to do If you hit your numbers you are not micro managed Great benefits Great teamwork and sense of culture

Cons

Promotions only pay on previous Salary. - No base minimum for promotions. If you start without experience and a low salary you will never realy achieve a substantial income. Depending on geography, a ton of windsheild time and weekends. Pipeline is starting to funnel down tighter after losing RS position. Need to be willing to relocate to move up Need to comp review employees versus lose them

Freedom to perform the job tasks; Interact openly/regularly with accounting, engineering, union, lab/quality assurance, maintenance, planning, production, safety & environmental, and the warehouse/logistics; field employees will eventually get rewarded; diversity is encouraged.

Cons

unclear job descriptions; job and department goals too high given their own budget, equipment, ergonomic & procurement constraints; reducing the number of full-time employees.
