The benfits at ecolab are very good. They start you at a high salary. You get a lot of training the first three months of employment.

Cons

At Ecolab in the position I had there is a lot of driving. You do get a company vehicle but gas is on your expense.

The hourly workers are cool to around, self paced, lots of equipment to work, 401k is really good and they offer a 2% pension.

Cons

Safety is a joke the rules change everyday, Managers (Engineers) are a joke they know nothing when it comes to mechanics the only thing they care about is penny pinching because it looks good on them and they get a big bonus. ERT team never runs drills, alarm system doesn't work, no one is held accountable for their actions, operators are very junior, systems are not up to date, i am surprise that their hasn't been a bad accident here yet.
