Pros

Pay, benefits, and location. Great co-workers, always willing to share knowledge. CEO. Community involvement. Good training opportunities.

Cons

Culture and inclusion - not so much. They want one type of worker - just say "yes." Passive-aggressiveness is alive and well. Didn't feel I could be open and honest. Can't seem to figure out the right level of process - they are either too bureaucratic or processes don't exist at all. Not everyone gets work/life balance.

Work from home, company car.

Cons

High pressure, monthly car/cell allowance doesn't cover all gas for travel, so you pay out of pocket. District Managers don't do anything but complain and push for you to hit budget.
