-Great people to work with -Great benefits -Many different options and things to do in the work field

Cons

-Overworked! There is not enough time in the day to perform all the tasks that you are expected to perform -Useless paperwork that you are required to file, which uses up time that could be used towards more productive items -Management structure is overly complex -Too much red tape -Somewhat of a "good ole boys club" kind of structure in management -Very poor work/life balance
