Pretty Good benefits. Flexible to a degree

Cons

They will under pay and over work you. Starting at the Service Desk I moved up to NOC Operator responsibilities as well as Management responsibilities and I was still being paid as a Service Desk Analyst. Room for growth is minimal and takes years. Everyone Micromanages and communication is subpar. Also get everything in writing and signed when talking to management because stories change on a daily basis. Job security is null due to new management wanting to outsource and then give extra responsibilities and take personal time away from you. Taking a failing companies management and putting them into a company that was thriving is not the way to go.
