      Pros

      Competitive company who owns large percentage of market share. Company vehicle, good benefits, etc. Employees are empowered to make decisions on daily basis.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations at times. Most positions require person to be on call 24/5 and share weekends. Somewhat of a political game at times.

      Good Benefits compared to many other companies including a pension plan which is not common any more, team work among associates

      Upper/middle management can be rocky at times only looking at their bottom line without concern to workers pains and time
