      Pros

      Great work life balance. This company offers flexible scheduling to allow you to balance your work life and your family life. I love that I am able to leave work to attend our children's social events and then work a flex schedule to make up the hours I missed at work.

      Cons

      There really isn't any negatives that I see so far. This company seems to have it all. great company, awesome friendly staff. The employees are very helpful.

      Pros

      Very much a teamwork-oriented environment. Vertically integrated management, which helps the company make decisions.

      Cons

      Difficult to get vacation support so it is challenging to work for Ecolab and have a satisfactory work/life balance. Salesforce attrition would be reduced if this was addressed.
