Workload Supply chain is not really appreciated in this marketing and sales driven company Sometimes there appears to be a lack of accountability for those not meeting expectations

Lots of changes going on after acquiring two companies. More opportunities, areas and things to learn.

Cons

Change has not always been handled well by management and it has become evident that once again the right kind of changes will not happen quickly or will even be in the priority list.

Not sure what the pros are any more, aside from selling a good product

Cons

High Demand, high stress environment that is not conducive to collaboration, work life balance or any balance at all. Only the few who are considered high potentials seems to thrive. Everyone else is considered and treated as a non-entity and not promotable or necessarily worthy of much of a merit increase. The constant buzz words for the last three years has always been about Culture & Inclusion, but that is just something to make the management feel good about themselves. They honestly don't care and will sacrifice you if you have thoughts or ideas that differ from their own.
