Pros
A lot of career development opportunity at the corporate level. A lot of free cleaning products. Flexible schedule for non-union employees.
Cons
Management avoids all conflict and issues. Unethical and unprofessional behavior gets overlooked, even when brought to HR. People say and do whatever they want without consequences and people take advantage of it. Culture is hard to change. Very hard to move up when starting at the Joliet plant. Many unsafe practices happening every day. Pay could be a lot better.
