Very large workload, I was responsible for maintaining equipment at over 800 restaurants and gas stations that were spread out over a large geographical territory. Had to do overnights. Pay was not great and did not match the skills I was expected to have. Very poor training, you're managed by people who have no technical knowledge of the equipment you work on.

I was told during my interview that I would make my own schedule and get better as time goes on at a manageable pace, and that I was expected to work 9-5, Monday to Friday. I currently work 16 hour days 6-7 days a week. I'm constantly told I'm not doing enough by him daily through phone calls, text messages and emails. Customers get upset when I tell them I'm heading down to them to service them, when my boss makes me go in the opposite direction for no reason.
