Pros

Pros: you work with good people in your department.

Cons

They promote the wrong people. It's all about who upper level management likes, and not about who works hard and knows the job. There is no work life balance, it's all work. In my department --they demand that you work obscene hours a week because they are so short staffed. Management will walk by and not acknowledge you. HR is not any better. I would not feel comfortable going to them with any issue/problem that I had. The main problem is the highest level management has no clue what is going on with their company, because if they knew the conditions they would be outraged. It is truly an unethical company that prides itself of being ethical.

Pros

Nice new building, good location

Cons

Very uncompetitive salaries and benefits. If you're going for a promotion, they will pay you about 75-80% of what they'll pay an external hire. They coddle non-performing staff and don't reward high performing staff

Pros

1. Some friendly coworkers around

Cons

1. No career growth opportunity. Limited managerial positions and no development for people. Once you're hired as an analyst, you're an analyst for life here. 2. Promises never get delivered. "Time is tough, money is tight" is what the management says to give out no bonus, to give out no pay raises, and to forego the promotion promised WHILE STILL MAKES YOU ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW ROLE. 3. When someone leaves, instead of hiring someone new to replace her, managers will simply divide up the work and distribute it to other people on the team. 4. Corporate management has no understanding of regional operations and demand ridiculous results or compliance
