Not a good company...not ethical company..they itself advertise everywhere for ethical company. from one of mine colleague, now it is hydraulic, I came to know that Even though free alcohol work culture is there..people used to get in office in drinking condition..and no action by manager even though he aware ... and just for not wearing formal dress we have been told for ethical violation of dress code...Aerospace is good....

Folks who do not understand the Service Business are running it now and customer satisfaction has taken a back seat

Great Pay, Good hours, Extensive resources and tools provided in order to perform job. Immediate managers are helpful and supportive.

Cons

Corporate mindset. "Restructuring" is ineffective and costly. High-Stress Environment. Too much pressure for employees to perform at high level
