Cons

Profit is king. Mandatory time off and layoffs if off profit plan. Managers protect personal bonus at expense of employees.

Great Pay scale..Ok Benefits, Awesome Co-workers, pretty decent office personal

Cons

Union protects workers who are worthless and take too much time off from work..Union will fight to keep these people there..Company likes to work the good workers more to make up for what the lazy ones aren't doing
