- Extreme level of politics at management level - Perception based employee eiscussions - Low leadership connect - Managers are Less empowered to make decisions - Good managers are forced to exercise micro-management - Management wants to bring in more females in workforce, sacrificing the growth for current male talent - Gender Biased behavior - Recognition of work happens only when you are better connected with a leadership team member, otherwise you are a average performer. - True work vs Scratch my back = Scratch my back wins

Good working locations; Slow which means you don't need to work hard; Big company with big name so good career stepstone

Cons

Big company, very bureaucratic, management are slow, some product development can take more than 10 years with no actual advancement, don't reward hard working people, would rather hire some managers/supervisors with no relevant experience than promoting people with more than 10 experience
