Pros

Strong company Potential to be good again If you aren’t not in IT, it’s pretty good

Cons

HR Unethical behavior of IT Executive Leadership - screaming at staff is a regular occurrence. Unethical hiring practices - if you aren’t a friend of the CIO don’t bother to apply to Eaton or look to be promoted. VP and Director jobs are created to bring friends in or bring in previous GE employees. No growth opportunities. The only way to get promoted or get a raise is to take on 2 or 3 different jobs at one time. They don’t backfill positions when employees leave, they assign the additional work to an existing employee and expect them to do two or three jobs for a few extra dollars. No communication or team work between groups. Everyone has their own agenda, and priorities and goals change daily.

Pros

Salaries at Eaton Are Good.

Cons

Culture has become worst. So called flat company has now created layers of inefficiencies and ego. Leaders talk big but are flat. Success is all about talking big, no accountability. No redressal when it comes to managerial harassment and career of many professionals assassinated by false narratives. Ethics team doesn't consider work ethics as an integral part of ethics framework.

Pros

Pay is decent for the amount of waiting you typically do throughout the week. That's the only pro.

Cons

Horrible culture, assault and harassment throughout the shop floor, HR is of course rude and dismissive depending on who you are, they would rather you commit suicide on the job, or just quit and never come back rather than to come up with a solution to an issue. Females get preferential treatment especially those in management over those in lower level positions, regardless of their gender. They preach and purport that they have good culture and care about your well-being, but they enable and encourage a toxic and harassing work environment, while making excuses and rationalizations for people who underperform or just don't give a damn on the job, or people who cause problems not only in production but in encounters with other employees.. They just in stated a point system that counts against you retroactively for any time that you have missed within the entire last year, before they enstated it or warned anyone about it. Massive amount of turnover, too many problems within this company itself to list here..
