Pros

Interesting work on many levels. Many global opportunities to work across boundaries. Many corporate resources are available to accomplish goals if you can get the various managers to agree.

Cons

Bizarre annual review program designed to repress wages. Too many levels of management competing for attention at the expense of a unified approach to meeting goals. Resources are poorly managed. Alternates between wasteful and penny pinching depending on the quarterly results.

Pros

Strong processes and diverse workforce. Lots of job functions and various products. High and low volume projects. Solid manufacturing process. Plenty of tools and resources. Great work environments.

Cons

Heavy management company. Very risk adverse not inventing new stuff. Marketing drives invention not engineering. It's a typical corporate company on a path to manage themselves not reinvent themselves.
