Many locations to choose from and internal relocation is common and even encouraged. Company has strong set of values both ethically and in how to achieve growth. Strong performance is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Culture varies from location to location. Work life balance can be an issue in more "driven" locations. Salary is "competitive" but not stellar. Vacation time is poor compared to industry average.
