Pros

Work there to get 1 or 2 years of experience right out of college, then move on to bigger things cause you won't get promoted at Eaton unless you are in the click. Benefits weren't too bad if you are singe, otherwise get ready to pay out some huge premiums for your family coverage. Here I was a graduate of an ivy league college and was put on these stupid little projects that had no bearing on improving anything - what a waste of my college education to work for these idiots. For someone like me right out of college, it's just another place to draw a paycheck till I could find a decent paying job. Oh by the way, for a bachelors degree from a top college don't expect to get paid too much where you can start working on those hefty loans you racked up to get an education.

Cons

treat your employees with respect, not like pieces of crap. Practice what you preach on your ethics training, what a joke - at least try to look people in the eye when you are telling them how perfect your company is. HR could use some training on how to deal with people with disabilities, especially military veterans who served in Vietnam, I've never been so disrespected in my entire life. To keep your asses out of trouble with laysuits, give your management and HR employees training on employment law. Here's a basic hint of doing good business, treat good people as they should be and maybe they would stick around longer. Get rid of the good ole boy programs and nepotism,
