You get to choose the kind of work you want once you prove your capability. Overall a decent place to work. Makes you feel satisfied work wise. Compensation benefits are good n a nutshell, if you are here for learning...then you are be at right place.

Cons

There will be longer work schedules which sometimes becomes painful. Employee-Manager transparency about the goals accomplished (to be) is not very good.

Cons

There is a significant lack of good and thorough communication. Furthermore, it seems as if the objective of everyone is to survive and there is no strategic vision.
