Eaton's involvement in developing an electric vehicle charging product lines is one example of how the company is focused on the environment and the reduction of Green House Gases. There was no management involvement in the training, development and explanation of job specifications, of new employees. The lack of top down communication places new and tenured employees at a disadvantage and often results in employees having no direction and no development.
