Pros

Compensation is reasonable. Local group is a wonderful bunch of talented engineers. Sales and product management team are a motivated and well led group that communicates well with engineering. Local HR is world class, compassionate and also no nonsense.

Cons

Corporate tends to ignore staffing recommendations of local group. We are regularly forced to do more with less. Current restructuring plan is poorly planned.
