Great medical dental and life insurance. Company values are a core at Eaton

Cons

More focused on internal numbers than the customer. Those who perform you are asked to do more but if your a slug you get left alone. If you speak out your days are numbered!

I am leaning a lot handling many roles in quality, MVP, and Lean. I am able to implement changes and create new processes to better our business.

Cons

As a small plant wearing many hats of responsibility takes it's tool and priorities become a moving target.
