The pay is great for the Kearney Nebraska area. The benefits are very nice too!

Cons

Work and life clash. Don't expect to have a life working for a company that works off shifts 7 days a week. Management gives no recognition and communication is the worst I have ever seen in a business. Your just a body don't expect management to warm up to you and have any time of relationship.

For the right person that came from the right schools and/or the right connections, career opportunities are very good. As you move up the career ladder, the salaries and benefits get really good, after a certain level, it's TOO good.

Cons

Long hours, piss-poor management planning, no real chance for career growth for the majority of the employees.
