Pros

Pay was ok. Slack business casual. Interesting work if leadership wanted to keep jobs in the USA. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Cons

Beltsville MD or any east coast Aerospace plant are not great places to work. Very awkward culture here. Everyone over reacts from fear of upper management. New management has no idea what they are doing. New Senior leadership rolls come in to count all the beans and will chop fat at will in an effort to make a name for themselves. Company moral....non existent.

Pros

Eaton gives employees a lot of opportunities to take on different projects. They truly work to develop a person, and have a great review system to track your progress and be rewarded for it.

Cons

Financial state of the company doesn't look too promising. They are losing market share in each division, people getting fired, and people are quitting. Since there are four sectors, it sometimes feels like a small company and it is hard to advance if you do not reach out to find positions.

Pros

Everyone at Eaton is asked to do more each year. Employees are asked to "raise the bar" on a regular basis and give more. This can be an exciting mindset for innovation.

Cons

The need to continually improve can be difficult for employees who are resistant to change or feel so overwhelmed with current workload that they can't think about future improvements. Lots of opportunity for advancement, but it typically requires relocation which can be difficult to manage from a lifestyle perspective.
