Cons

Very Poor Pay. Don't value skills and experience. Can't attract the skills and intelligence needed for the job due to the poor pay. Expect already under payed experienced staff to train people who aren't suitable or interested in the job. Panic/reactionary management HR do very little to help employees and act more like PA's for management Don't value hard work/good productivity/low scrap. More concerned about ticking boxes than doing a good job.

Cons

They only care about appearances, not substance. Directors and managers are promoted based on skin color and gender more than skills and talent. They are vehemently anti-white racists. They are among the hideous faces of the New World Order. Run away.
