Pros

Very stable company that doesn't fluctuate much

Cons

Not all the locations are great. It can be hard getting placed because you don't get full control of what role you get. I wish there were more women.

Pros

You can learn a lot and if they like you they’ll move you around the company. It’s good experience for when you need to jump ship.

Cons

Pay isn’t at market anymore, leaders play favorites, company wouldn’t move rotational employees during Covid and doesn’t even have in person orientation for LDP new hires anymore. Tough environment to start a first job in and vacation is awful, especially if you’re a newer employee. Benefits overall are just ok. Not equal treatment.
