I think the ECO & Board are trying to put this company down for good.

It was once one of the best companies to work for. It was a household name. Great benefits. Great pay. Great opportunity. No more.
Cons
I have not gotten a raise in 20+ years despite having received many awards and recognition over the years for customer service and excellent reviews. The insurance is a joke. Outsourced out management to random people overseas who don’t even zoom call us. No personal relationships can be built with your leaders. I’m in my 60’s. I’ve been with Kodak since I was in my 20’s. The CEO has picked up the torch of running Kodak into the ground. And all he can say in meetings to the men who have been loyal and would find it near impossible to start a new career path is, “if you don’t like the way things are run here, there are other companies you can work for”. Word of the wise, don’t work here. Run. Find a company that values its employees.
