Cons
I don't even know where to begin. If you want to join a cult this is the place for you. This company tells you what to do in your personal life. With every little detail. What type of insurance you're supposed to have, checking your financials, even wanting to change your partners 401K and or pension. It's because it doesn't meet their "independence" policy. It's complete garbage. They force you to dump stock you've held for years because it doesn't meet their independence. They control your life and OWN you. All you are is a piece of meat to them. If you tell them you don't want to give your partners information because it's none of their business you are then threaten to be terminated. While some people are great to work with a lot of the company's rules are very toxic in your personal life. I would not recommend working for them. Glad I left when I did. If you value anything in your personal life; finances, pensions, insurance, your honor- don't work here-no matter how good their "reputation" is. It's not. No company cares that you worked at EY.
