Developed long-lasting friendships. Good place to kick start your career, but not manageable to stay long term.

Cons

Senior management values more work to get done faster, rather than valuing individual's capabilities or strengths. Toxic environment to be in that has affected mental health. Anyone can climb up the ladder, if you're willing to stick through the work culture through the years.
