Pros

Very stable company, you can think long term, know how much money you'll make all year and what to expect.

Cons

The information is all over the place and impossible to unify. Changes are poorly planned, training offer is limited, local management offers no support and they won't know who you are. Promotions only once a year, performance evaluation system does not work. No career guidance.

Pros

Nice work environment, good benefits, WFH and other little pluses.

Cons

From an IT guy, seems like the business is not yet fully on board with new technologies, which drags us down with too many POC's that never go further. This company has an exaggerated affection to phone/skype meetings.
