Pros

Pretty good pay for undergraduate student.

Cons

The hours are long, and there's not much teaming going.

Pros

Working for EY makes you into a lean, mean working machine. Although the work/life balance SUCKS and you won't have much of a life, the work ethic here is second to none.

Cons

Salaries at EY are on average less than the other Big 4 firms. Promotions near the top can become political.

Pros

A great system of review and feedback, with partners who are completely willing to tell you when your work is unsatisfactory.

Cons

They expect commitment and workload comparable to a small investment bank or big law firm, without the monetary compensation to make it rewarding.
