Pros

Work on different projects across different clients(get to understand full market quite quickly)

Cons

Poor and disengaged management, Toxic managers don't have any checks and balances etc. Poor growth opportunities(lack of promotions and lack of skills from seniors so no training/guidance available). Poor pay(no to little in terms of bonus and poor increases). Poor work life balance as seniors lack skills to get their own work delivered on time

Pros

great exposure and stable career pathway and growth

Cons

long working hour and difficult to take leave. will make you feel guilty to take leave and to go back on time. there is only peak and super peak season. even you have almost completed your job, high chance you will pull into other jobs that are on super peak to help, High turnover and lack of staffs. even junior also need to take out senior's role.
