Fair place to work but lots of internal networking needed

Great, great access to certifications, trainings and educational tools (Udemy, getAbstract, goFluent, etc), they have all sorts of courses, special tranings for leadership, diversity, tech; honestly lots of options to buildyour carrer (and your resume) If you are lucky you land on very diverse teams from every possible culture (Singapore, India, Poland, UK, Mexico, USA, Argentina, Switzerland) They are making huge efforts to be a tech company, not only a company that provides accounting services) If you are located in a country with high inflation, salary has regular updated (3 per year)
Cons
There is a not written rule about internal networking, somehow you have to do your job AND network ALL THE TIME to build connections and gain recognition among people you not even work with; it's exhausting Onboarding experience is not good, you may land on a project with little or no documentation, with hard deadlines and no guidance at all, it could be very frustating
