Cons

long working hour and difficult to take leave. will make you feel guilty to take leave and to go back on time. there is only peak and super peak season. even you have almost completed your job, high chance you will pull into other jobs that are on super peak to help, High turnover and lack of staffs. even junior also need to take out senior's role.
