Pros

English speaking co-workers, use of the English language

Cons

The worst management, hostile environment, extremely boring and repetitive work that only a machine should do, no concern at all for humanistic matters. Truely disappointing and frustrating job. A job only for people with no ambition, no curiosity, no desire to become good at anything that matters. The office is a depressing dark and cold shoe box with no windows, crammed space.

Pros

- Good Salary compared to overall IT companies. - Good Health Insurance - Good benefits, lot of discounts, benefits with gym, Home working, hour compensation. - A yearly bonus based on your qualifications - Good salary raise every year following inflation (around 30-35%). This keeps your salary valuable - Work life balance is good - Home working after 3 months - Work hard and you will popup and get noticed by Management

Cons

- It's hard to be promoted - Promotion process take place only on October, you need to wait until that month if you are getting promoted - They don't suggest a proper career path to follow, you have to investigate by your own. - Training is low, if you learn something, you do by your own pace. Access to training is very low too. - If you get into the proper team, you will raise quickly. - If you don't have a relevant position, no travels overseas. - Strict with late arrivals, home work days and work times. - Overall 2 weeks vacation
