      I can manage my skills with freedom and creativity without any imposition from leaderships.

      Cons

      We have several protocols and mandatory trainings which are useless. Also, we have to upload our working hours daily which is time wasted.

      Interest on the good way it's the employees are treated, by anyone. Amazing social environment, and incredible amount of tools and opportunities to develop knowledge.

      Payment system is not updated if it's started low.
