      Salary quite low considering the professional and academic requirements Most scoring leaders are helpful however, few can be condescending treating raters as children/students.

      Choose your own hours, flexible. If you don't want to work, you just don't work.

      Cons

      Seasonal. They micromanage you. It's very tedious, boring work. They pay almost nothing. No benefits for seasonal raters.
