In the course of less than 5 years, this company with an illustrious history of service has been infiltrated by vain and self-important narcissists who don't possess the knowledge or intellect to back up their bloated opinions of themselves. Abuse of employees is heavily utilized in an attempt to hide their ineffective leadership, boneheaded decisions and overall incompetence. Their inflated bonuses are their sole motivation, and not one deserves a dime of it. Those that are actually holding the shell of a company together are treated as if they are expendable. In the rare event that you are not a resident of India and get an offer to work here, run away as fast as you can. These people will suck the life out of you.
