It is a super fast commute and very easy to get here from NYC, PA, all over NJ, DE, and MD.
Cons
completely unqualified uneducated The non profit hires people from slums and the hood in various cities in NJ, PA, NYC and promoting them, firing everyone else or only hiring them as temps. These people both women and men were some of the most racist and unprofessional people I have ever worked with. They cannot even speak, read, or write proper English or do work required of them, will sabotage other people's work, show up high on drugs, go to work late daily if at all or leave work with no reason yet they get hired full time and promoted and people who are qualified are fired or have been working here as temps for decades.
